"Still too weak, and the duration too short!" An Liwen shook his head. "To rob those clans, a man would need at least Earth rank, or the peak of late-stage Mystic rank, and the time you give them is far too brief. Most likely they would be cut down before they ever made it out the door!"
"If we time it carefully, and have the hypnotist plant the proper program in the subject so that they bite open the capsule of medicine in their mouth only when someone attacks them, then it could just barely serve..." Dr. Yin said.
"No. If we do this, we do it without a single flaw! Dr. Yin, keep perfecting that medicine. You must improve both the strength and the duration, or I cannot send them to rob the clans. Ordinary clans may not be as thick with experts as the hidden clans, but some of them do keep men at the peak of late-stage Mystic rank, so we cannot be anything but cautious!" An Liwen said. "Still, there is no need to rush. Even if we do no business at all for a year, the Fire Wolf Gang will have nothing to say about it."
"That goes without saying. The money Master Wen has pulled in for the gang these past weeks is already no small sum. Who would dare breathe a word?" Dr. Yin nodded in agreement.

"Yao-yao, let's go shopping? It's been ages since we went shopping." Shen Yushu found the weekend utterly tedious, bored to the very marrow, and she truly could not recall how she had once passed her weekends. Could it be that Chewing Gum Bro had been there to keep her company? But no, that made no sense. Before Chewing Gum Bro came, what had she and Yao-yao done with themselves?
She turned it over and over in her mind, and all she could dredge up was shopping; nothing else came to her. So she made up her mind to drag Gu Mengyao out with her.

"Xiao Shu, go study. Be a good girl!" Tang Zhi wagged the workbook in her hand. "I have been too busy with all that love-talk with your Chewing Gum Bro, and some of my coursework has slipped. I have to work hard, or how will I ever get into university?"
"Ugh, how boring. None of you will come..." Shen Yushu swayed and tottered down the stairs to fetch the iced drink for Gu Mengyao.
Wu Chengtian was sitting in the living room doorway, cultivating, while General Weiwu was out in the yard playing with Lion. Shen Yushu glanced at them, bored, and thought Wu Chengtian was nowhere near the fun of Wei Zhao, not amusing in the slightest. She could not be bothered to speak to him either, so she took the drink and went back upstairs.
"Here you are, Yao-yao!" Shen Yushu handed the drink to Gu Mengyao. "No Chewing Gum Bro saliva in it this time!"
"As if it could ever be there!" Gu Mengyao took the drink with a huff, opened it and swallowed two mouthfuls.
"Oh! Yao-yao, you finally admitted it. You want it!" Shen Yushu was working hard to make her own amusement.
"Who said I want it? Tang Zhi is right here, don't talk nonsense." Gu Mengyao's face went instantly red to the ears, and she scolded Shen Yushu. "Are you heat-struck too? What is all this raving?"
