"I understand, Young Clan Head. I'll go tomorrow!" Dongfang Cha said.
Dongfang Jinxing said nothing more and hung up. In his view, snatching a couple of students was no great matter. Ancient sects held life cheap; to them, ordinary people were little more than ants, and only experts truly mattered.
Dongfang Cha drove the car straight to the foot of the economics building and settled in to wait.
By now, the end of classes was not far off.
The minutes ticked by, and at last Dongfang Cha heard the bell. Students began emerging from the economics building in twos and threes...
As a Heaven-rank cultivator, Dongfang Cha possessed extraordinarily powerful spiritual perception. He did not even need to get close; among the students streaming out, he could clearly pick out Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu. At that moment, the two of them had not yet appeared.

But he did not make his move at once. Instead, he drove along behind the two of them. There were too many people here; if he tried anything and other students blocked his car, he would be in a bad position. He was not afraid of running them all down, but it would be a hassle all the same.
So Dongfang Cha waited until Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu headed toward the parking lot and the road was clear of others. Then he slammed his foot on the accelerator, the car surged forward and screeched to a stop beside them, and he flung open the door, leapt out, and barred their way!
After class, the other students either returned to their dorms or headed to the cafeteria—hardly any went to the parking lot. Only Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu, who went home every day, took that route. So the road was empty, and the spot Dongfang Cha had chosen for his move happened to be a blind corner; even if someone were far off, they would not be able to see.
"What... what do you want?" Gu Mengyao demanded, watching the newcomer warily.
But Dongfang Cha was no fool. He wasted no words on Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu. He simply seized them by the collars, struck each of them a blow to the back of the neck, and knocked them both unconscious!
Having knocked out Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu, Dongfang Cha did not linger. He opened the rear door, tossed them onto the back seat, shut the door, and quickly returned to the driver's seat. He started the car again—the whole sequence done in one smooth motion... RS
