"How much is the Chinese medicine, how much is the Western medicine?" People here cared very much about money. What the old lady was calculating was which medicine would be cheaper.
"Twenty for Chinese medicine, fifty cents for Western medicine." Old Man Wei did not bother explaining the difference between Chinese and Western medicine. His purpose here was to hide his name, not to save the world.
"Then I'll take the Western medicine." the old lady said hurriedly.
"Quick-acting cold capsules, fifty cents a strip." Old Man Wei found a strip of quick-acting cold capsules and handed it to the old lady.
The old lady paid the money and left.
Only then did Old Man Wei turn to look at Ergoudan. "Ergoudan, you've come today to get ready to find Xiao Yi, haven't you?"
"Yes, Grandpa Lin, the boss asked me to deliver medicine to him..." Ergoudan nodded honestly.
