"Sure, give it a wash." Wei Zhao took off his jacket and handed it to her.
Wei Zhao went to his room to change into house clothes, while Grandma Sun pulled everything out of his jacket pockets, set it down casually on the coffee table, and then turned and went to the laundry room.
"Huh? What's this?" Shen Yushu looked at a colorful little bag Grandma Sun had fished from Wei Zhao's pocket and picked it up, puzzled: "Is it edible?"

"Then it was premeditated?" said Shen Yushu.
"Well, just ask him about it in a bit and you'll find out..." Gu Mengyao was in fact rather curious herself about why Wei Zhao would buy such a thing, but she could hardly ask, so she could only delegate the task to Curious Shu.

"But you did say it—you told me to ask him in a bit..." Shen Yushu clutched her head and protested aggrievedly: "You've knocked the smarts right out of Genius Shu."
"I didn't tell you to say that second part either," said Gu Mengyao.
"Oh, that part Little Shu added herself," said Shen Yushu.
Wei Zhao looked at these two clowns, caught between laughter and tears: "That stuff you mentioned—someone was peddling it at the cinema, and he wouldn't stop pestering me until I bought some. So I did. Here, they're yours."
"We don't want them." Hearing Wei Zhao's explanation, Gu Mengyao did not doubt him.
"You could fill them with water and use them as water balloons," said Shen Yushu.
"Why don't you blow them up as balloons!" Gu Mengyao shot Shen Yushu a glare. "All grown up, and you still can't tell good from bad."
"Oh, then let's keep them. That way, if Bubblegum Bro ever wants to xx us, he won't have to go out and buy any."
