At that, Kang Jinglong abruptly shot to his feet and jabbed a finger at Su Lengzi. "Do you have a death wish? You dare molest my fiancée? Do you even know who I am?"
"Oh? Getting cocky with me now, are we? I was going to let it slide since you stepped aside, but—Ah Da, Ah Er, beat him!" Su Lengzi glanced at Kang Jinglong's face, covered in bruises and wounds, and thought to himself, no wonder this guy's covered in injuries—he must be asking for a beating!
"Yes, Brother Lengzi!" Ah Da and Ah Er came over with nasty grins. Both were seasoned brawlers; Ah Da casually grabbed a plastic stool and dropped it over Kang Jinglong's head, pinning his upper body so he couldn't move, while Ah Er drove a kick straight into Kang Jinglong's groin!
"Awoo—" With the plastic stool jammed over his torso, Kang Jinglong couldn't tell up from down or see what was happening in front of him, let alone dodge. Ah Er's kick landed square, and the pain made his vision go black as he dropped straight to his knees!
It was the second time today he'd been kicked in the balls—they'd nearly burst! Fortunately, he'd learned something from the first time and had some experience protecting himself down there; otherwise, after today he might never have been able to perform as a man again...
Right Panhu was eating at another table when he suddenly saw Kang Jinglong being set upon. He was about to look into what was going on, but before he could make sense of it, Kang Jinglong was already being beaten!
Right Panhu turned pale with alarm. Kang Jinglong had just finished getting a beating—if he took another one, wouldn't he end up in the hospital? Horrified, he hurriedly ordered Yellow Hair and Purple Hair: "Go rescue Brother Kang, quick!"
"Yes, but what about those thugs?" Yellow Hair and Purple Hair rose quickly, asking as they walked.
"Beat them hard—just don't kill them!" Right Panhu was furious too. What a rotten day—every stray cat and mangy dog was crawling out of the woodwork. How could he be so unlucky?
With Right Panhu's order, Yellow Hair and Purple Hair had no more qualms. One each, they grabbed Ah Da and Ah Er by the hair and hoisted them up, then with a casual swing sent the two of them flying like cargo into the restaurant's ceiling with a tremendous "bang"!
Then the two came crashing down from the ceiling onto the floor. Another tremendous crash! They landed in a sprawling heap. Ah Er came off slightly better; Ah Da went head-first and landed face-down like a dog, every tooth in his mouth knocked out, blood filling his mouth as he howled in agony.
Su Lengzi was stunned too. He was a thug, sure, and loved a good brawl, but he had never seen a fight like this. Were these two strongmen or what? One casual swing and they'd sent Ah Da and Ah Er flying?
Su Lengzi's expression changed. He knew he'd run into genuine hard cases today. With a placating smile he tried to apologize, but how could Yellow Hair and Purple Hair give him the chance? Yellow Hair seized him by the hair and kicked him to the ground, then together with Purple Hair they furiously kicked him and the already-downed Ah Da and Ah Er until all three were bloody gourds, howling without end.
Both Yellow Hair and Purple Hair were cultivators; even without using true qi, beating up a few thugs was child's play—they simply left them alive.
"Phew..." Only then did Kang Jinglong pull the plastic stool off his head, gasping for breath, and glare hatefully at the three petty thugs who had provoked him. He went over and laid into them with kicks and stomps, making the three—already half-dead—wail for their parents...
"So your men are quite the fighters, classmate Right Panhu. Then why didn't you step in when Kang Jinglong was getting beaten on the bus? And you criticized me—I'd say your intentions are a bit questionable," Wei Zhao remarked blandly.
