Even counting Wei Zhao, Murong Zhen, and the others, Qingyun Pavilion had only six newcomers who had successfully reached Foundation Establishment. Everyone else remained merely at the peak of the Heaven Rank. Chongtian Pavilion, by contrast, already had a full ten experts in the early Foundation Establishment stage!
